Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated per UPS standard rates. Some fixtures ship free to the 48 contiguous states when it is indicated in the description. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will have shipping costs added at time of shipping.

Returns
Refunds and exchanges are accepted on lighting fixtures, switches, and dimmers, for 30 days from delivery date. Products may be returned for refund any reason within 30 days if have not been installed, and are returned in the original packaging, with all parts and literature intact. Once fixtures have been installed or altered in any way (i.e. cutting cables to length), they may be exchanged for the same model if found defective. After 30 days, contact us to obtain warranty service from the manufacturer.

Light bulbs (lamps) may be returned for exchange for up to 10 days from delivery date if found to be dead out of the box, or returned unused with the fixture they were purchased for. For LED lamps and fixtures, follow the return policy for fixtures, outlined above. Most LED products have a manufacturers warranty of up to 5 years.

All returns require advance authorization. Please contact us before returning any item. We will cover all shipping to replace items found defective in the first 30 days from delivery date (10 days for bulbs). Other shipping costs are not refundable.
